Account Manager - Commercial Print, Promotional Products & Signage

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Account Manager specializing in Commercial Print, Promotional Products, and Signage. This on-site role is based in Raleigh, NC. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage print production projects, and liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating project timelines, facilitating pre-press and print management processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the production cycle. Also, maintaining good customer relations, delivering samples, proofs and sometimes the orders. Going offsite to see clients to review upcoming projects and make stronger connections.QualificationsStrong skills in Print Production, Printing, and Print ManagementExperience with Pre-press processes, ensuring files are print-readyProven ability in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and executionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationshipsAttention to detail and ability to ensure quality control throughout the production processProficiency in relevant software for print and pre-press production is a plusBackground in promotional products or signage production is preferredDetails:Full-Time PositionM-F 8am - 5pmDental, Vision, Health, and PTO Benefits401K9 Paid Holidays Per YearPay range from $64k to $72K depending on your experience and ability
