Release Manager(Manual/Functional QA Engineer)

IntroductionWe are seeking a skilled professional to support tasks related to the release management lifecycle, focusing on coordinating various aspects of releases, including LATAM Finance, RISE Deliverables, Broker Dealer, and US Regulatory Reporting systems. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills and flexibility to support evening and weekend deployment activities as needed.Required Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience with managing releases for complex systems.Functional knowledge of Runbook creation and technology components.Demonstrates problem-solving skills and takes initiatives.Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.Oversees and assists in the planning, scheduling, communication, coordination, and execution of releases.Ability to be flexible, prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and coordinate effectively with multiple teams during releases.Facilitate Agile release events and processes and assist teams in delivering value.Resolve release escalations, track and manage releases and dependencies supporting implementation deliverables.Communicate with stakeholders, coordinate with external vendors, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive improvement.Technical understanding of technology components like Axiom, Python, .NET, UI, Informatica, Autosys, Database XLR/Radical, PEGA & Tableau.Experience with creating Release Management metrics and reports.Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding of Release Management, Change Management, Deployment runbook creation.Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Remedy, Reports, and Excel.Banking Domain experience is a plus.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCoordinate deployment activities with tech leads and across all teams.Participate in scope discussions with scrum teams.Create change requests and plan handovers with deployment teams.Company Benefits & CultureNot specifiedNot specifiedNot specifiedFor immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
