Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience Operate POS system efficiently for orders, payments, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage multiple tasks including serving drinks, taking food orders, and processing transactions seamlessly Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to all legal drinking age regulations Assist with catering events, banquets, as needed to support team efforts Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife environments Familiarity with Toast POS system is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in energetic environments.
