Senior Business Analyst
TRC's client is an established financial institution looking for a fully remote Senior Business Analyst to join their team in the Eastern Time Zone.What Our Employees DoDesign and administer the Enterprise Change Management Program; create and maintain applicable procedures for business units and corporate functions while validating newly established governance model requirements.Develop and produce reporting for the Enterprise Change Office governance activities.Capture and analyze KPIs / KRIs associated with change and change risk.Develop and maintain monthly / quarterly governance committee and board reports.Develop and produce reporting for the new Enterprise Change Office governance activity based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities; convey patterns, problems, and areas for improvement.Ensure the organization is managing change in a standardized model; assisting in the development and implementation of the new governance model.What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred5+ years of experience in business analyticsPrior work experience developing KPIs, KRIs, and reportingLocated within the Eastern Time ZonePreference shown to financial industry or regulatory backgroundsExceptional communication within all levels of an organization, including stakeholders and executive leadershipExceptional analytical thinking and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in both collaborative team-based environments and independent remote-environments with minimal supervision.Join TRC Talent Solutions to unlock career growth and development opportunities at top client organizations and enjoy benefits such as an optional comprehensive ACA compliant benefits package, weekly pay, and longevity & holiday pay based on your hours worked.
