You’ll be in the work — coaching calls, inspecting the pipeline, and addressing underperformance when needed. It’s also a growth path. Prove you can develop people, and you’ll have a path to also lead a full sales-cycle team.This Role Is For:A proven producer who has built a pipeline prospecting by phone and is ready to lead others to do the sameORA current sales leader who believes in prospecting is non-negotiable and wants to raise the performance bar.Since this role is on-site, you must live within a 45-minute or less drive of Orrville, OH.
