Medical collections and Accounts Receivables Specialist

Job Description Busy orthopedic spine surgeon seeking a in house biller to be in charge of monitoring and supervising all collections and maintaining reports of all oustanding billing per encounter performed spanning surgery, clinic visits, various billing companies, various payment structures, medico-legal work, and Accounts receivable organization and collections.Must be technically proficient with spreadsheets, medical billing and coding, denial review, collaboration with partnerships, self-motivated and directed in tracking down outstanding payments from patients, law firms, medical insurance companies and interfacing with management companies as well.Collections based compensation structures versus salary based collections available.
