Our compensation package is second to none and our offer to businesses cannot be beat. This is a straight commission position with no cap on earnings. The right candidate will be motivated to make a ton of money and have a basic understanding of social media marketing, or be highly motivated to learn! Duties - Identify and target businesses in need of social media marketing - Conduct social media audits to build client profiles - Set appointments for sales opportunities - Work closely with fulfillment team to execute sales goals - Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to build the right campaigns - Identify networking opportunities to build success. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing Skills: - Proficiency in CRM software - Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and customers - Experience in building relationships with clients - Media sales experience, preferably in the media industry - Ability to negotiate and close sales deals - Knowledge of various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, etc. - Experience in outside sales is a plus We have 4 social media products we sell with the price thresholds being: $2,000/mo $3,500/mo $5,000/mo $7,500/mo Our company focuses on graphic design, video content curation and editing, copywriting, posting and responding, as well as managing ads and i’ve been doing this for 25+ years. Base commission is 10% of total contract value with a 12% bonus on upsell. Example: 12 month contract @ $5,000/mo = $6,000 in commission.
