This is the most senior sales role at AdParlor and a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the General Manager.The VP, Head of Sales will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from sourcing and qualifying opportunities through close, expansion, and forecasting. This role will initially operate as a player/coach, carrying a personal quota while building the foundation for scalable sales processes, pipeline rigor, and future team growth.This is a foundational leadership role for someone who thrives in a build phase—comfortable closing deals, shaping strategy, and mentoring junior sales talent as the organization grows.What You'll DoRevenue Ownership & New Business GrowthOwn net-new revenue generation for AdParlor, from outbound prospecting through deal close and post-sale expansionBuild and manage a high-quality pipeline of ICP-aligned mid-market and enterprise opportunitiesLead all aspects of the sales process, including discovery, needs assessment, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and closeSecure multi-six- and seven-figure influencer and creator performance budgetsSales Leadership & ForecastingServe as AdParlor's senior sales leader and a core contributor to SLT planning and decision-makingOwn pipeline forecasting and revenue reporting with accuracy and discipline in HubSpotEstablish and evolve AdParlor's sales motion, including qualification frameworks, deal stages, and performance metricsAct as a player/coach: carry your own book of business while mentoring and supporting a BDRHelp define the structure, timing, and profile for future sales hiresConsultative Selling & Thought LeadershipAct as a trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders (CMOs, VPs, Directors), guiding them through modern influencer and performance-based creator strategiesTranslate complex creator programs into clear business outcomes tied to ROI, efficiency, and scaleLead bespoke RFP responses, pitch decks, and executive presentationsRepresent AdParlor at industry events, conferences, and key partner meetingsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Marketing on positioning, demand generation, and sales enablementCollaborate with Strategy, Account, and Operations teams to ensure strong client handoffs and long-term successProvide market and client feedback to inform service innovation, pricing models, and creator performance offeringsRequirements8+ years of senior sales experience in influencer marketing is requiredProven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise brandsDeep understanding of influencer marketing sales cycles, including performance-based and outcome-driven modelsExperience operating as a senior individual contributor while also mentoring or managing more junior sales talentStrong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)Exceptional executive-level communication, storytelling, and presentation skillsStrategic thinker with a hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" mentalityComfortable operating in ambiguity and taking full ownership of outcomesPaid social or broader performance media experience is a plusWhy This Role Is UniqueYou will own the sales function end-to-end, not inherit an existing team or playbookYou will help define how AdParlor sells—its positioning, process, and go-to-market motionYou will have direct influence on revenue strategy, pipeline forecasting, and future team growthYou will operate as both a senior seller and a business leaderBenefitsAt AdParlor, we celebrate successes, value teamwork, and foster a vibrant, inclusive culture.
