This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to build meaningful relationships and create lasting change.About The RoleAs an Assertive Alcohol Outreach Worker, you will support individuals with long-standing alcohol use who may be reluctant to engage in treatment. Taking an assertive and proactive approach, you’ll build trusting relationships and encourage people to take positive steps towards recovery.You will manage a small caseload, completing assessments, care planning and regular reviews, while delivering tailored support within the community. The role is outreach-based, meaning you’ll often work independently, engaging individuals in a variety of settings. Alongside this, you’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and external partners to ensure coordinated, effective support, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to safeguarding processes.About YouYou will be empathetic, resilient and passionate about supporting people to make positive changes.
