About Our Client:The organization provides end-to-end lifecycle support for U.S. Navy Reserve business systems, focusing on full-stack web and mobile-responsive development, knowledge management, machine learning, data warehouse and infrastructure administration, networking, and cloud infrastructure support. Its systems serve over 75,000 personnel across various Navy Reserve components and are maintained within Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.About the Opportunity:The Mid-level Full-stack Software Developer role involves designing, developing, and deploying web-based business systems that support the U.S. Navy Reserve. This position collaborates with project and technical managers, analysts, testers, and other developers to deliver impactful software solutions that maintain and enhance critical reserve force applications.Responsibilities:• Develop responsive user interfaces using React and secure back-end services with ASP.NET• Design and implement database layers using Entity Framework Core with SQL Server• Build and deploy applications through automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps• Optimize application performance across front-end and back-end components• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and maintainability• Write automated tests using frameworks such as xUnit/NUnit, Vitest, or React Testing Library• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug issues and address technical debt• Mentor junior developers and lead feature initiatives independentlyRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent certification such as CSSLP, GCLD, or GSEC• Five years of experience with ASP.NET, React, Node.js, and relational databases• SECRET-level security clearance• CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within six months• Proficiency in C#, JSX or Angular Templates, JavaScript, and T-SQL• Experience with .NET (C#), ASP.NET, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Microsoft SQL Server• Knowledge of software design patterns• Experience with project management and issue-tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jira• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git• Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects simultaneously• Strong understanding of business requirements and IT strategies• Excellent communication skills• Experience with AWS, Azure, or SaaS developmentDesired:• Experience using AI coding and development assistants such as Claude Code or Microsoft CopilotPay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.Benefits & Perks:• Benefits and additional compensation may vary based on employment terms and eligibility.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
