Training Coordinator

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Training Division located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynn County, GA. The selected candidate will support training operations through administrative coordination, records management, data entry, and case/document processing activities related to training and credentialing functions.This position plays a key role in supporting the Training Division by ensuring training records, accreditation documentation, and administrative processes are accurately maintained and properly tracked.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain case and training records within the USMS Learning Management System (LMS)Manage and maintain paper files and electronic records for training operationsUpdate and maintain class folders and electronic records for accreditation and compliance purposesReview and analyze training-related documents and records for completeness and accuracyProcess and maintain documentation associated with training activities and certificationsAssist with tracking training schedules, attendance records, and supporting documentationMaintain organized physical and electronic filing systemsEnter, update, and retrieve information from databases and tracking systemsSupport reporting activities and assist with reconciling records and documentation inconsistenciesCoordinate with internal personnel regarding training documentation and administrative processesProvide administrative support to the USMS Training Division as neededQualifications & RequirementsMust be a U.S. CitizenMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Public Trust Background InvestigationBachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum of one (1) year of professional experience performing administrative support, records management, training coordination, document processing, or related dutiesStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with internal personnel and outside stakeholdersAbility to adapt to new systems, processes, and operational requirementsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsPrevious government training support experiencePrevious federal administrative or program support experienceExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Work LocationFederal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC)Glynn County, GeorgiaFull-time onsite positionStandard business hoursAbout One Federal SolutionOne Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
