Talent Community: Physician (MD/DO): Primary Care & Gynecology Tia is on a mission to transform healthcare for women by increasing access to and improving the experience of key preventive healthcare services. Tia’s preventive care model focuses on integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology and other wellness services into a holistic “Whole Woman, Whole Life” care model that blends in‑person and virtual care. About the role We are looking to connect with physicians passionate about providing comprehensive primary care to women for Tia’s New York City area clinics. We are interested in part‑time and full‑time providers. As a Physician (MD/DO) at Tia you’ll be integral to the excellent care we provide. Your clinical expertise will cover preventive care, holistic primary care, acute and chronic disease management, and you will play an important role in teaching, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and partnering with the technical team to improve the technology we use. A bit about you Motivated to elevate women’s care using shared‑decision‑making. Comfortable managing a variety of clinical cases with curiosity, warmth and collaboration. Facile with technology and interested in developing new tools that support clinical care. Data‑driven and willing to incorporate new research into practice. Enjoy teaching and collaborating with nurses, acupuncture providers and support staff. Inclusive and tolerant thinker. Skills and assets you’ll bring to Tia Board certified or eligible (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gynecology preferred) in the state of New York, with an unrestricted license. Experience providing primary care to women: preventive care, hypertension, diabetes, urgent care, basic dermatology, STI and UTI screening, pelvic pain, vaginal bleeding, birth control counseling, and more. Highly tech savvy. Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed. Authorized to work in the United States. Eligible to be credentialed with our academic partners. Able to serve as a collaborating physician for our NY nurse practitioners. Other “nice to have” skills Backgrounds that add diversity to our team and experience caring for varied communities. Formal training in integrative medicine practices. Tia requires physicians to complete credentialing with specified payors and authorize the credentialing through our preferred vendors.
