Doceree is operating in 25 countries currently with offices in the US, India, and UK.What You'll DoOur Commercial Strategy Director will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for shaping and accelerating Doceree's commercial growth. This individual will transform go-to-market strategy and commercial execution into strategic, consultative, enterprise partnerships across top pharma and agencies.Define and execute Doceree's commercial growth strategy across media, data, and AI solutionsDrive portfolio-based, consultative selling across key accountsLead go-to-market strategy including positioning, and pricing optimisationIdentify new revenue streamsexpansion opportunities, and strategic investmentsPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to align commercial prioritiesBuild sales enablement frameworks to increase productivity, quota attainment, and strategic account penetrationInform product roadmap through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insightsLead annual and quarterly strategic planning, forecasting, and executive reporting Elevate Doceree's thought leadership through industry engagement and executive-level messagingWho You Are10+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, HealthTech, digital marketing, or consultingProven track record scaling high-growth businessesExperience transforming commercial models from product-led to portfolio-based sellingStrong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and Board-level stakeholdersDeep understanding of pharma commercial models, omnichannel engagement, and/or HCP marketing Experience launching and commercialising new data or AI-driven products preferredStrong financial acumen (forecasting, P&L, investment modelling)Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-scaling environmentBenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus planStellar health care plan options for you and your family (Medical, Dental & Vision)401K + 4% MatchingGenerous PTO, vacations & sick leaveExtensive paid parental/maternity leaveTeam eventsAt Doceree, we know that our Company's strength lies in the diversity of our employees.
