We're building a disciplined, data-driven growth engine — and paid media is a critical part of that foundation.About the RoleWe're looking for a Warehouse Support Associate Tech Trainee to join our growing team in a dynamic, early-stage environment. This is not a traditional warehouse role—you'll play a key part in both operational execution and technical support, working closely with our Head Technician and Logistics Lead.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, technical problem-solving, and process improvement, and who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving setting. You'll contribute directly to ensuring our equipment is organized, functional, and ready for customers.What You'll DoWarehouse Operations & FulfillmentOrganize, track, pack, and fulfill shipments of espresso machines and small equipmentReceive purchase orders, build kits, and maintain accurate inventory of parts and productsTechnical SupportAssist technicians with cleaning, testing, and basic diagnostics of espresso machinesDisassemble and reassemble external machine componentsPrepare machines for shipment, including quality checksProduct Preparation & PresentationClean and prepare equipment for product photographyTake high-quality photos for internal and customer-facing useProcess Improvement & General SupportSupport ongoing improvements in workflows and organizationTake on ad hoc operational tasks as the business scalesRequirementsExperience & Skills1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory controlProven ability to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes with accuracyStrong technical aptitude; comfortable working with mechanical equipmentHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsMindset & Work StyleProactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take ownership in a fast-changing environmentTeam-oriented, with the ability to collaborate closely across technical and operations functionsProcess-driven, with an interest in identifying inefficiencies and improving workflowsNice to haveExperience with coffee equipment, appliances, or mechanical systemsGenuine interest in or passion for coffeeBenefitsPaid time off.Professional development support and technical training.Career advancement opportunities within a fast-growing company.Autonomy in a goal-oriented and performance-driven culture.Opportunity to work with innovative equipment and evolving technologies.**Only applications and CVs submitted in English will be considered**Pro Coffee Gear is an equal opportunity employer.
