As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a warm welcome and providing safe, reliable shuttle service around the resort.What You'll Do: Provide friendly and professional shuttle service for guests using company vehiclesAssist guests with luggage during check-in and check-outGreet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impressionShare information about resort amenities, local attractions, and transportation optionsMaintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all timesKeep vehicles and luggage carts clean, safe, and well-maintainedSupport the Front Desk and other departments with guest service needsFollow all safety policies and report any issues promptly to managementWhat We're Looking For: Friendly, service-focused attitude and professional appearanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license and clean driving record (required)Previous driving or hospitality experience preferredDependable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to lift and move up to 50-75 lbs. regularlyBilingual skills are a plusWhy Join Us?
