Job OpportunityNo prior experience required. Essential duties and responsibilities include:Receive payment by cash, credit cards, gift cards or vouchersEnsure guest compliance with the park's meal plan policies, including verifying eligibility and addressing misuse when necessaryProper handling, storage and organization of all receiptsUpselling products to offer the best experience at the parkExcellent cash handling skills, making transactions can be fast, friendly, and funMaintain product levels at assigned station; this may include chips, straws, condiments, cutlery, napkins and moreFollow opening & closing procedures in assigned outlets, maintaining cleanliness standardsPrepare quick service food and beverage itemsAssist with catering events, including setup, serving food and clean upExpedite prepared orders from the kitchen to the customerMaintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and team membersWash dishes following sanitation guidelinesProvide superior customer service to all customers in a polite, enthusiastic and expedient mannerAssist customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze WaterparkFollow Park policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualifications:Must be at least 15 years of ageAbility to count money and make correct changeAbility to operate a computer and computer software programsAbility to accept guidance and supervisionAbility to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadershipBe aware, attentive, and work well with othersAbility to work in indoor and shaded outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protectionPhysical requirements include:Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift, carry, move and/or position items weighing up to 55 poundsWe also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date.
