Change Management Lead Our client, a global manufacturing organization in Savannah, Georgia, is looking to hire a Change Management Lead for this organization. The Change Management Lead is responsible for stakeholder engagement and change management processes and practices to align business leaders and end users. Leads organization through change readiness for business solutions and HR initiatives. Key role charged with changing the business and people readiness. Responsible for executing a strategy that aligns and organizes the business, improves adoption of solution, as well as business alignment. Continuously improves transformational support processes and manages people risk.This is a full-time position onsite in Savannah, GA. Relocation offered. Responsibilities Develops stakeholder engagement communications that facilitate information awareness, understanding, and adoption. Develops change plan to align business leaders and end users to enterprise-wide business solution. Key to setting strategy for stakeholder engagement for change programs across the company.Develops change impact analysis and quantifiable tool for stakeholder engagement analysis.Consults and guides team. Establishes change management engagement objectives that prepare the business for current and future change maximize opportunity for success by generating commitment among stakeholders generates commitment among stakeholders and ensures alignment with enterprise goals.Facilitates decisions and makes recommendations for change management activities to ensure adoption of business for enterprise business solutions. Works across all teams and applicable business units to take complex, technical business solutions and HR project initiatives and convert to understandable changeimpacts within the business.Plans, coordinates, and executes on change management delivery plan specific to stakeholders strategy and execution including change readiness survey development of comprehensive communication strategy and production of program communications for ensuring successful implementations and supporting ongoing sustainment efforts.Develop key messages, coordinate delivery, and measure communication effectiveness.Defines change content and develops Start, Stop, and Continue guides to aid in business adoption.Leads change workshops to engage stakeholders. Develops and leads change network.Integrates stakeholder engagement with organizational change management plan for enterprise business solution and aligns with communication strategy.Liaison between business solution team and serves as Change SME.Takes knowledge of complex business processes and proposes solutions and recommendations for change.Key contributor to assessing business readiness for change.Develops and maintains effective working relationships.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications 5 years of experience in change management, employee engagement, organizational development, or other related HR experience.Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.Strong project management experience with demonstrated focus/accountability on change management aspects of complex, enterprise wide technical and non-technical projects.Demonstrated experience with project management tools i . e.
