The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms, performing inspections 2 to 3 times per week, and cleaning rooms on other days to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect guest rooms 2 to 3 times per week to ensure they meet Element by Westin’s quality and cleanliness standards.Clean guest rooms on days when inspections are not scheduled, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.Report any maintenance issues or damages found during inspections to the appropriate department promptly.Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and maintained in good condition.Maintain a high level of guest service and professionalism at all times.Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.QualificationsPrevious housekeeping experience preferred, especially in a hotel environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness and maintenance issues.Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Work ScheduleThe position requires inspecting rooms 2 to 3 times per week and cleaning rooms on the remaining days.
