Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders to provide excellent guest experiences.
Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.
Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
Maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
Ensure open lines of communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure efficient service.
Manage inventory for front-of-house supplies and collaborate with kitchen staff for overall supply needs.
Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and food safety standards.
Collaborate on marketing strategies, events, and promotions to attract customers and enhance the restaurant’s visibility.
Provide ongoing training for staff to improve service quality and enhance team performance.

Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
