ERP Solution Architect : Internal Project

Solution ArchitectThe Solution Architect will be responsible for assessing the company's systems integration and business reporting needs and recommend validated approaches to resolution. Recent business process reviews identified the need for a more robust financial system including improved reporting and systems integrations to support accurate/timely data exchange. Client also has a need to implement an automated job costing system that includes tracking and reporting of inventory, labor and freight. Seeking a Solution Architect to perform a system assessment including augmenting the review of data and workflow gaps identified in our Business Process Review current state exercise and make recommendations regarding optimal financial systems solutions or integrations for the company.Role Key Responsibilities of Assigned Personnel:Review current systems and workflow gaps and needs.Determine if legacy system Sage 100 is an appropriate financial system for the company.Recommend alternate financial systems that address workflow and reporting needs.Recommend automated inventory, labor and freight tracking and reporting module(s)Recommend methods for improved systems integration and data sharing.Estimate the timeline and costs for implementing recommendations.Key Deliverables:A recommendation (cost, timeline, and rationale) of an appropriate financial system to support long term growth and optimal core business systems data exchange. o Including functionality to automate production labor and freight data capture.A detailed technical approach to support required data exchange between core business systems with a proposed cost and timeline for implementation.A clear plan for automating the capture of production labor and freight data.Required Skills:10+ years of experience gathering/defining requirements.10+ years system analysis5+ years of Project Management experience5+ years of experience with Finance Systems Architecture5+ years Integration experience with finance systemsExperienced developing and implementing solutions.Experience presenting to stakeholders.Experience working with multiple vendors and projects simultaneouslyPreferred experience:SageProcoreBuilding ConnectedTrimble Viewpoint
