Accounting Administrator - Accounts Receivable ProcessorPay: $2527/hour (based on experience) Job Type: Contract-to-hire Industry: Entertainment / Media preferred Position Summary The Trust Accounting Associate supports the finance team by accurately processing high-volume payments and maintaining detailed financial records tied to client earnings. This role is ideal for candidates with strong accounting fundamentals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience within entertainment, media, or agency settings is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Apply daily deposits, wires, ACH, and checks to individual client accounts. Research unidentified or unapplied payments and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain organized financial documentation to support audits and reporting. Track pending receipts and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Respond to internal inquiries related to payment status and booking details. Maintain detailed records and assist with month-end close activities. Support accounting process improvements and special projects as assigned. Qualifications 12+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, or cash application experience. Prior experience in entertainment, media, or agency accounting is highly preferred. Strong Excel and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
