Join our team to discover a professional and rewarding career in an exciting, fast-paced, and growing government-contracting industry! ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop applications, write code, and otherwise maintain or update a database.Translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environmentTriage and resolve operational issues, ensuring that mission-critical systems and services operate smoothlyIntegrate testing efforts from agile sprint planning meetings to through sprint retrospectives to identify areas for process improvementSupport the integration and flow of data with data pipelines (e.g., Big Data Platforms (BDPs), Unified Platform, and JCWA)Identify, track, and implement strategy for all relevant data sources for use with and to ingest DODIN Inspections (current and emerging) interfacesSafeguard data during data transfer and storageEnsure data integrity and accuracy during data processing and implement data encryption and secure authentication mechanismsQualificationsCurrent active security clearanceHave a Bachelor's degree from a program related to science and technology such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experienceHave experience and/or knowledge of software development, software design practices, and database structuresHave experience working with RESTful APIs & JSONUnderstand version control systems such as Git or BitbucketHave three years of experience in software development/ engineering in programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexityJob Posted by ApplicantPro
