This is a full-time opportunity, where if you qualify, you are hired as an employee from day one and receive hands-on training to upgrade your license to a Class A CDL unlocking higher earning potential and more driving opportunities. Paid Training Program Highlights Training to obtain your Class A CDL is part of the job. You are hired and paid as an employee on day 1. You'll be paid while you get your CDL. Your CDL training is three weeks and is available in multiple locations. After you have your CDL, you'll continue your on-the-job training as a long haul truck driver. If you were to go to a CDL school, you would not get paid while you are training AND you'd have to come up with the tuition for the school. What You'll Do Train to obtain your Class A CDL through a structured, hands-on program Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and traffic laws Transition into long-haul or over-the-road driving after licensing Qualifications Valid CDL B (or equivalent driving experience) At least 21 years old Valid driver's license held for 2+ years Ability to read, write, and speak English Pass DOT physical and drug screening Good driving record and safety mindset About Roehl Roehl is the place for every mile of a Class A driver's career.
