This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of HR systems, assisting with employee lifecycle processes, and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.What You Will DoProvide administrative support to the HR team across all areas of HRAccurately enter, maintain, and update employee data in HR systems and personnel filesRespond to requests for Verification of Employment, Unemployment Claims and other inquires in a timely mannerHelp coordinate training initiatives, professional development opportunities, employee engagement activities, and special events and functionsContribute to the administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures, offering recommendations for process improvements and efficienciesContribute to HR team initiatives and special projectsMaintain strict confidentiality of employee informationAdhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practicesMaintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as neededPerform other duties as assigned to support HR and organizational goals.
