AI Engineering Associate Director

Overview In this role you will design, build, and deploy AI and generative AI solutions for healthcare, life sciences, and public sector clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and value-driven outcomes, from PoCs to production-ready assets. You’ll contribute to client delivery, accelerators, and reusable components while balancing speed with responsible AI practices. This is a hands-on engineering leadership position with impact across sales, delivery, and technology strategy.
