Cancellations and no-shows are paid at your full rate.Compensation Base hourly rate: $29 to $37/hour (based on pediatric experience)Weekly performance bonuses: earn starting at 75% productivityAnnual bonus potential: up to $17,500/year at top tierFlexible schedule groups: Reduced (30 to 32 hrs), Modified (33 to 35 hrs), or Standard (36 to 40 hrs). Ever.What You'll Do Collaborate with licensed speech-language pathologists to implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric clientsAssist in conducting therapy sessions using appropriate techniques and strategiesHelp children develop speech and language skills through engaging, play-based activitiesSupport assessments and screenings, documenting client progress and observationsMaintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reportsCommunicate effectively with parents and caregivers about therapy progress and home strategiesWork with our interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, COTAs) to ensure comprehensive careParticipate in team meetings and continuing education opportunitiesAbout Whole Child Therapy Whole Child Therapy was founded by husband-and-wife occupational therapists Dennis and Ina Necesito with one promise: every family gets the same holistic, effective, caring therapy we'd want for our own children.
