Title-M&A Program & Project Management Location- Dallas, TX Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) IT integration experience to lead complex programs involving IT Infrastructure and Application consolidation, separation, and transformation. This role will play a critical part in due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and post-merger integration or carve-outs across enterprise IT landscapes.Mandatory Qualifications:PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications 10–15 years of IT experience, with 5–8 years in Project/Program Management Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and enterprise applications Develop integration/separation strategies, roadmaps, and execution plansExposure to cybersecurity and compliance frameworks MBA or relevant business/technology advanced degree Conduct IT due diligence across: Infrastructure (Cloud, Data Centers, Networks, End User Computing)Conduct IT due diligence across: Applications (ERP, CRM, custom applications, licensing)Risk management and problem-solving mindsetLead end-to-end IT workstreams in M&A initiatives, including due diligence, integration, and divestitureEnsure Day 1 readiness and Day 100 milestones are achievedAssess technology landscape, risks, synergies, and cost optimization opportunitiesProvide recommendations for integration or separation approachAbility to handle ambiguity and rapidly evolving priorities
