Womens' Health NP (WHNP) (GYN)

Job Description Salary $140k+/yr based on experienceLaSante Health Center is seeking a FULL TIME WHNP to join our growing GYN program. The ideal candidate will see patients for routine GYN care, including annual exams, problem visits, family planning, and STI testing and treatment. The WHNP will work closely with other NPs, physicians, and various health disciplines to ensure comprehensive care of their patients. Responsibilities:Perform physical examsReview medical recordsOrder labs and diagnostic testsDiagnose and manage common GYN problemsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, nurses, and MAsPrescribe medicationsMaintain patient health recordsQualifications:Valid NP and RN licensesNational certificationSkills:1+ year(s) experience as an NP in a GYN settingExperience performing office procedures including IUD, Nexplanon, vulvar biopsy and endometrial biopsyExcellent communication skillsWillingness to work as part of teamBe able to work in fast paced environmentComfortable using and navigating electronic health records, in particular eCWCreole or Spanish speaking highly desiredQualifications:Valid NP and RN licensesNational certification Company DescriptionLaSante Health Center is a federally qualified, multispecialty practice in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn, serving Flatbush, East Flatbush, Crown Heights, Park Slope, Little Haiti, and Little Caribbean.
