About the Role We are looking for a Precision CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team, where you will leverage your expertise in Haas equipment to deliver high-quality components. You will play a critical role in optimizing production workflows and ensuring that every part meets rigorous aerospace-grade standards. Responsibilities Execute complex machine setups and changeovers to drive efficient production cycles. Interpret intricate technical blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure precise part fabrication. Proactively monitor machining processes, adjusting parameters to maintain peak performance and dimensional accuracy. Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to maximize operational uptime. Validate finished components against quality specifications using advanced precision measuring tools. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with the team to refine manufacturing processes. Uphold a safe and organized shop environment in alignment with industry best practices. Required Skills Proven professional experience operating Haas CNC machinery. Solid proficiency in CNC programming and G-code manipulation. Demonstrated ability to use calipers, micrometers, and various precision gauges. Strong background in reading and interpreting technical documentation. Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Preferred Skills Experience working within AS9100 quality management systems. Background in aerospace manufacturing environments. Technical degree or formal certification in machining or related fields.
