Travel Occupational Therapist– Home HealthLocation: York, PA Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMWeekly Guarantee: 32-40 HoursCoverage Area: York County and small portion of East Adams CountyMileage Reimbursement: Yes Between Patient VisitsContract Type: Travel/Contract OpportunityPay - $48 to $53/hr on W2 Key ResponsibilitiesProvide occupational therapy services in accordance with state practice laws, physician orders, and the established plan of care.Evaluate patient functional status, mobility, activities of daily living (ADLs), and all body systems required for CMS documentation.Develop individualized therapy plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.Consult and collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care plans and progress.Conduct patient assessments to determine current level of function and rehabilitation potential.Observe, document, and communicate patient responses to treatment and any changes in condition to the supervising nurse and physician.Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety precautions, adaptive equipment, and home programs to promote independence.Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.Adapt care delivery to a variety of home environments and patient populations regardless of age, race, gender, disability, or socioeconomic status.Ensure compliance with company policies, CMS regulations, infection control standards, and home health documentation requirements.Required QualificationsCurrent Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the applicable stateGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programStrong clinical assessment and patient care skillsAbility to work independently in a home health environmentValid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred QualificationsPrevious home health experienceExperience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)Strong knowledge of CMS documentation requirements and home health regulationsPride-Health offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityPride-Health is an equal opportunity employer.
