Cloud Developer (Senior) with Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities:Enhance DevOps pipelines using GitLab runners to streamline build, test, and deployment workflowsMature and expand Terraform to manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructureBuild, maintain, and optimize Docker containers across a growing set of servicesDeploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters using EKS or equivalent platformsWork directly with core system components such as search engines, databases, and integrated middlewareAutomate everything possible to reduce manual effort and improve reliabilitySupport integration across cross-domain systems in a unique mission environmentJoin collaborative development, testing, and troubleshooting sessions across the engineering team Desired Skill Sets:Experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms), with AWS strongly preferredScripting skills with bash, python, and yaml tools preferredCuriosity and eagerness to learn integration across the full software development stack—pipelines, infrastructure, applications, and tooling Requirements:Minimum of 7-9 years of relevant DevOps, cloud engineering, or full-stack infrastructure experienceAbility to work full-time, 100% onsite, at a Vienna, VA government site (no remote available)
