Field Supervisor

Shift Leaders provide on-the-ground leadership to our Technicians to deliver the highest quality of preventative maintenance cleaning serv ices for floor coverings and architectural surfaces in some of the most impressive commercial facilities in the world. The Shift Leader is able to work alone or lead small teams on surfaces including Carpet, Upholstery, Stone, Metal, Tile, Grout, Vinyl, Wood and Concrete. They are skilled at assessing surface conditions and deciding what methods are required to complete the work. They use their technical skill and leadership experience to direct the team to complete the work in the allotted time and are experts in using SOLID’s online portal to record specific job details.
