Key responsibilities include:Conducting interview-based exams with some physical assessment.Evaluating range of motion, muscle strength, and traumatic brain injury.No prescribing or treatment required.Utilizing a Goniometer for assessments.Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions.Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.Submission of Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within 48 hours upon exam completion. Additional Details: Need: Ongoing PRN basisCertification Requirements: Board Certified/Board EligibleState License Requirements: UtahProvider Needed: More than 5 Training and Support: Training will be provided for all Reporting/DBQs.Evaluations will be completed in the provider portal, with records reviewed regularly.
