Domain Delivery Lead – Digital Marketing TechnologiesLocation: Bay Area, CAFulltime/PermanentPosition SummaryThe Domain Delivery Lead for Digital Marketing Technologies is accountable for the scoping, sizing, designing and end-to-end delivery and operation of all solutions across the Digital Marketing product portfolio, including Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation, Marketing Data & Analytics, and Market Insights. This role is responsible for developing and scaling the Digital Marketing Technologies competency of our company, ensuring that holistic solutions are delivered, across multiple clients, with high quality, are aligned to business needs, and are delivered on schedule. The individual will lead and influence cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and drive execution across a complex landscape of platforms including Salesforce, Veeva Vault, AWS data platforms, AI tooling, and analytics.The ideal candidate brings strong team and competency development, leadership, relationship building and management, delivery governance, and technical acumen, with the ability to operate across multiple business and engineering domains and drive value through scalable, data-driven, and the drive to establish an AI-native team and deliver AI-enabled solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for overall solution delivery across all digital marketing technology products, ensuring quality, scalability, and timelinessLead stakeholder communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and clear understanding of digital and marketing priorities and outcomesProvide team with best practice domain context and initiative oversight in relation to Marketing Technology Architecture supporting Marketing Automation, Omni-Channel Marketing, Consent, Segmentation, Personalization, Market Insights, Marketing Data Strategy, and Marketing AnalyticsEnsure best in class digital marketing solutions are delivered above standards, follow process, and timelines are consistently metDrive Omni-Channel Marketing adoption and execution through best practice and advisory services to client business stakeholders, IT, and broader supporting teamsChampion the use of modern technologies and AI-driven capabilities to enhance product value and operational efficiency, while building an AI-native delivery teamOwn scope management, including defining, refining, and controlling scope across products and featuresManage resource allocation and capacity planning across teams to optimize delivery outcomesBuild and maintain strong client and business relationships, ensuring delivery aligns to value creation and business impactOversee backlog management, prioritization, and readiness to maintain continuous delivery flowDrive cross-functional communication across product owners, engineering, data teams, and business stakeholdersEnsure alignment across interconnected product areas including Marketing Data and Analytics and Marketing AutomationIdentify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and issues proactivelyPromote adoption of Agile best practices and strong product delivery disciplineParticipate in customer pursuit and acquisition and in company’s own sales and marketing development and execution plansOwn and drive the development of the Digital Marketing Technologies competency and the efficient Implementation of the Delivery and Support services organization to ensure readiness for project bidsResponsible for the hiring, management and development of the competency resources, in close alignment with company leadership and executive teamKey Platforms & EcosystemAha, Jira, Confluence, TeamsSalesforce (Core Platform, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and Marketing Cloud Next)AWS Services (Redshift, Glue, S3, Bedrock, etc.)Veeva Vault (PromoMats, MedComms)Tableau, PowerBICensus/FivetranHootsuiteOneTrustEvent Management solutions AI technologies from Anthropic, Microsoft, Google, Open-AI and othersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in delivery leadership, product delivery, or program management rolesExperience delivering digital and marketing technology solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and priorities effectivelyAI Fluency and experience delivering AI/ML-driven use cases in digital, marketing, and data platformsStrong understanding of Agile delivery models and product centric operating frameworksExperience managing distributed teams (onshore/offshore)Preferred SkillsExperience in biotech / life sciences industryStrong understanding of data platforms and integration patternsExperience working across CRM, email, media, web, insights, and analytics domainsWhy This RoleAI is not a buzzword here — it is the work. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C).
