Job Title: Project Manager – Business Process ImprovementLocation: Redmond, WA (Onsite)Duration: 12-Month ContractPay Rate: $60 – $76.66/hrSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMOverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving internal systems and optimizing business processes. This role requires a hands-on individual contributor who can drive projects from initiation to delivery while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budgetDevelop detailed project plans and coordinate resources across teamsTrack project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesFacilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure milestone achievementAnalyze current business processes to identify inefficienciesUse data-driven insights to recommend measurable improvements in productivity and costConduct benchmarking and research on industry best practicesSupport process reengineering and change management initiativesEvaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve operationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience4+ years of experience in project management or business process improvementExperience managing cross-functional projectsStrong knowledge of project lifecycle (planning → execution → delivery)Experience with process analysis and measurable improvement initiativesFamiliarity with process reengineering, benchmarking, or change managementAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
