We combine technical precision with operational agility-helping federal partners identify, contain, and recover from complex cyber incidents with speed and confidence.Argo Cyber Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee cybersecurity-focused federal programs supporting U.S. Government customers. This individual will be responsible for managing program execution, coordinating technical and operational activities, serving as the primary interface with government stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of cybersecurity services, projects, and contract requirements.The ideal candidate is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with strong program management experience, the ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences, and experience supporting U.S. Government customers in complex IT and cybersecurity environments. This role requires leadership across program operations, staffing, customer engagement, risk management, quality oversight, and delivery performance.Role And ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary Program Manager for assigned cybersecurity and IT service delivery programs supporting U.S. Government customers.Lead day-to-day program execution, ensuring contract requirements, schedules, deliverables, staffing, and performance objectives are met.Coordinate cross-functional cybersecurity teams, including technical, operational, and administrative personnel.Act as the primary liaison between company leadership, internal delivery teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.Manage program performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions to ensure successful contract execution.Support planning, prioritization, and execution of cybersecurity initiatives, tasks, and operational activities.Prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive-level communications.Facilitate communication with technical, non-technical, and executive-level stakeholders.Apply Agile principles, processes, and methodologies to support efficient program delivery and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, internal quality standards, and customer expectations.Support staffing coordination, workforce planning, and performance management for assigned program personnel.Monitor milestones, deliverables, and service levels to ensure high-quality, on-time performance.Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and enhanced customer support.Qualifications, Education And Skills RequirementsU.S. Citizenship is required.Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) from an accredited college or university and 15 years of IT cybersecurity management experience, including at least 3 years of direct support to the U.S. Government ORRelevant master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering from an accredited college or university and 10+ years of IT cybersecurity management experience, including at least 3 years of direct support to the U.S. GovernmentMust have an active DoD Secret clearance, TS/SCI clearance is preferredMust be able to obtain DHS SuitabilityDemonstrated experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with technical, non-technical, and executive-level customersExperience leading or managing cybersecurity or IT programs in a federal environmentUnderstanding of and experience with Agile principles, processes, and methodologiesAbility to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines in a dynamic environmentStrong organizational, leadership, customer engagement, and problem-solving skillsMust possess at least one of the following cybersecurity certifications:CGRC - Certified in Governance, Risk, and ComplianceCISSO - Certified Information Systems Security OfficerCISM - Certified Information Security ManagerCISSP - Certified Information Systems Security ProfessionalAdditional Desires And ConsiderationsFederal cybersecurity program deliveryRisk management, compliance, security operations, or enterprise cybersecurity initiativesContract performance oversight, staffing management, and government customer engagementManaging technical teams in support of cybersecurity operations, engineering, governance, risk, or compliance effortsDeveloping executive briefings, program reports, and customer-facing deliverablesPMI Project Management CertificationProject Management Professional (PMP)DAWIA Program/Project Management Level IIIFAC-P/PM Level IIWhy Join Argo Cyber SystemsAt Argo Cyber Systems, you'll join a mission-focused team supporting critical cybersecurity initiatives for government customers.
