Job Description Roles And Responsibilities:It is essential to maintain a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor at all times. A warm smile and professional conduct are key to creating a welcoming and supportive environment.● All the employees should be able to answer the calls, check-in and checkout customers.● Help with inventory count on a daily basis for AM and PM count.● Repair all kinds of electronic devices like phones, iPad/tablets, laptops, desktops, etc.● Duties include cleaning up the store as necessary including mopping and sweeping floors, cleaning and dusting windows, shelves.● Always follow the daily task list provided by the corporate.● Perform best customer service at all times.● Employees should be able to take new roles and responsibilities as it comes his/her way.● Limit the personal usage of the phones other than repair needs● Update the tickets and the leads on his/her shift● Do the marketing as required by the business.● Order the parts in timely manner and update the customers promptlyRequirement- High school diplomaSales / customer service experience requiredMUST have experience with all brands of cellphone, computer, and tablet repairs- including but not limited to: iPhone, androids, Samsung, etc.Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitudeAbility to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanshipExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays if neededCompany DescriptionAt Techy Frederick we are a repair store for all kinds of devices including and not limited to phones, iPad/tablets. laptops, desktops, computers, gaming consoles, etc. We will be extending our services to smart home installations.
