We're hiring Warehouse Production Associates to help build shipping boxes and support operations inside a fast-paced logistics facility. No advanced maintenance experience neededjust reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to work. What You'll Be DoingBuild wooden boxes from pallets using tools (saws, nail guns, etc.) Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure Perform basic math (no calculator needed) Keep a steady flow of completed boxes for production lines Move pallets, boxes, and materials as needed Support the line with cleanup, trash removal, and general tasks Inspect boxes to ensure quality and correct sizing Keep your work area clean and safe What You NeedComfortable using hand tools or willing to learn Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math Able to lift, bend, and stay active throughout your shift Reliable transportation and strong attendance Team player with a good work ethic Bonus If You HaveWarehouse, production, or construction experience Experience using saws, nail guns, or similar tools Familiarity with pallets or material handling Work EnvironmentActive, physical warehouse setting On your feet most of the shift Lifting and moving materials regularly Fast-paced, team-oriented work Why This Job is a Good FitNo experience requiredwe'll train you Consistent overnight schedule (great for daytime flexibility) Steady, hands-on work (no sitting around) Opportunity to grow into more skilled roles If you're dependable, hands-on, and ready to work, we want to meet you.
