You'll handle claim information processing, guide clients through reporting procedures, and keep claims moving smoothly from start to finish. You'll also support our Claims Consultants by providing timely status updates, preparing reports, and helping resolve client questions. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
