Some people are naturally good at keeping projects from drifting. They notice what is missing. They follow up before things fall through the cracks. They keep track of who owes what, when it is due, and what needs attention. They bring calm, clarity, and structure to busy project environments. We’re looking for that person.Lammey+Giorgio is hiring a part-time Project Delivery Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to support active architecture and advisory-related projects. This is a focused 20–25 hour/week role for someone who is organized, proactive, communicative, and comfortable helping teams stay accountable. The immediate priority is project delivery discipline: helping our team keep active projects visible, documented, coordinated, and moving forward. At L+G, we believe great architecture depends on more than design. It depends on clear communication, reliable follow-through, organized information, and a strong client experience. This role helps make that happen. The person in this role will work closely with our Principals, Project Managers, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to help support the day-to-day rhythm of projects.Typical responsibilities will include:Coordinating project meetings and schedulesPreparing agendas and taking clear meeting notesTracking action items, due dates, and responsible partiesFollowing up with internal team members, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clientsMaintaining organized project files and documentationSupporting project schedules, milestone tracking, and status updatesHelping identify missing information, delayed responses, or unresolved issuesPreparing project trackers, decision logs, and internal status summariesSupporting basic project budget, invoice, and resource tracking under the direction of a Project ManagerHelping improve project coordination systems, templates, and workflowsThis is not a lead design role and it is not intended to immediately replace a senior Project Manager.
