One of our clients is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Controller to oversee financial operations within their manufacturing and production division. This is a high-impact role supporting a well-established Southern California infrastructure and construction company with integrated operations across multiple business units.What You'll DoPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reportsDevelop, implement, and monitor budgeting and forecasting processesConduct variance analysis and provide actionable insightsCollaborate with operations and management to drive cost control measuresOversee inventory management and cost accounting processesEnsure compliance with GAAP and IFRS standardsLead financial audits and coordinate with external auditorsProvide financial support for capital projects and investment decisionsMentor and lead a team of finance professionalsMaintain and develop internal control proceduresWhat We're Looking For7+ years of accounting experienceConstruction industry accounting experience requiredStrong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, including revenue recognition and lease accountingPrior experience managing a small teamCPA and/or CMA certification preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate level)Experience with JDE, Sage, Timberline, or similar construction ERP a plusHighly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator
