This role requires expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration, with a focus on delivering robust applications and maintaining system performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, project management abilities, mentorship to other junior developers, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platformLead and execute configuration, customization, and maintenance tasksCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectivesDevelop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and applicationsDesign and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboardsConduct system testing and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performanceProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developersEnsure compliance with best practices, standards, and security measuresRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience1-2 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administrationProven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesExperience with IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), Service Catalog, and other ServiceNow modulesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organizationServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions)Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Integration HubKnowledge of ITIL framework principles and practices Clearance:Secret clearance preferred Benefits:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package100% paid MedicalOpportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
