Territory Manager - C-Stores - Southern Oregon

Carson is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to join our team! This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned Carson convenience stores and gas stations in Southern Oregon. With over 85 years of service in Oregon and Southwest Washington, Carson is a leader in the petroleum business offering diverse products and services including fuels, lubricants, transload, carwash, heating & cooling, retail and industrial solutions. Main Duties will include:Oversee all aspects of the assigned convenience storesStaff supervision to ensure employee duties are being fulfilledMaintain superior customer service and friendly atmosphereEmployee staffing, training, and coachingWork with HR on staff changes, new hires, separationsOversee the manager and assistant managers responsibilities of: Balancing of daily paperwork and process invoicesOrder, stock, and balance daily lotteryInventory management, stocking, and pricingBalance and load ATMRepair/maintenance calls for store and gas islandAssist with daily deli cookingVendor check-inOversee staffing requirementsService support for card readers, gas pumps, and other equipmentPartake in the overall optimization and innovation of store operation which include: Operations and Managers meeting with upper and executive managementPricing of the gas station to maximize foot traffic and overall company profitability goalsInterface with local communities to understand upcoming community event that drive marketing events to our stations and convenience storesStore layout, marketing, branding, offeringsAdditional Duties and Requirements will include:Be able to travel between sites as necessaryMaintain and build positive relations with vendorsMaintain store safety, cleanliness, and organizationManage required employee breaks and cover breaks as neededCover duties when Manager/Assistant Manager are absentWill be on on-call to handle/assist in weekend and after hour issuesCustomer and employee conflict resolutionEnsure employees are following company policies and procedures.
