VP of Agronomy & Research Oversight Includes: Heritage Soil Company, Titan AG, and Southeastern Seed Position SummaryTitan Ag is seeking a high-level agronomic leader to serve as our Vice President of Agronomy & Research. This individual will lead the company’s agronomic strategy, research initiatives, precision agriculture programs, and technical product positioning across all divisions.This role is responsible for transforming agronomy into a competitive advantage by driving:Farmer profitabilityResearch-backed recommendationsProduct performance validationSales enablementSeed positioning and advancementPrecision agriculture integrationThe VP of Agronomy & Research will serve as the company’s senior technical authority while partnering closely with executive leadership, sales leadership, procurement, marketing, and operations to ensure agronomy directly contributes to growth, margin expansion, and long-term customer retention.This position reports directly to the President/CEO.
