Anesthesiologist (Full-time)

About the Role Danbury and Norwalk Hospitals are seeking full‑time Anesthesiologists as part of an employed group in Fairfield County, CT. Positions include day/non‑call, call, nocturnist, part‑time and per‑diem scheduling options. The group comprises approximately 40 physicians and 40 CRNAs covering spine, orthopedics, cardiac, and obstetrics cases. Physicians will provide 24/7 coverage across Danbury, Norwalk, New Milford, and Sharon Hospitals and teach residents, medical students, and CRNA students. Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesia. New and recent graduates (2026 graduates) welcome. Experience or regional fellowship training preferred. Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation package including base salary plus incentives and allowances for CME and dues. Generous sign‑on bonus and relocation allowance provided. Salary range $430,000–$600,000 annually, depending on schedule, subspecialty and experience.
