Position Summary We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our expanding team in Athens, GA. This full-time role offers a 4.5-day workweek with outpatient-only responsibilities. The schedule includes approximately 2.5 days per week in Athens and 2 days per week in Royston . The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care in a supportive, team-oriented clinical environment. New graduates and recent residents are encouraged to apply. Essential Position Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients across all age groups. Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions. Conduct preventive screenings, annual wellness visits, and routine health maintenance exams. Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed. Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR). Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient engagement programs. Promote an environment of safety, respect, and clinical excellence. Qualifications Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution. Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Eligible for Georgia medical licensure Experience: Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
