Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm, you’ll represent Roth Home as a trusted partner who helps customers turn their problems into solutions—while building your own skills and advancing your sales career.What You’ll DoEngage customers in retail locations, educate them about Roth Home solutions, and identify opportunities to address their home improvement needs.Capture accurate lead information and convert interest into booked appointments.Represent Roth Home with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in every customer interaction.Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead quality and drive conversions.Take ownership of your location’s performance, proactively identifying ways to improve results and exceed goals.The Ideal CandidateExcels at solving problems and making thoughtful decisionsManages time effectively and stays organizedBrings energy and a positive attitude to every situationCommunicates professionally and presents themselves with confidenceFocused on achieving goals and driving resultsQualificationsMust be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GEDProficiency with the use a tablet and smartphone for capturing customer information and managing appointmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office productsPreferred: 2+ years of customer-facing service experiencePreferred: 2+ years of sales experienceSchedule & HoursWith Full Time and Part Time options available. Retail Sales Representatives will need to be available throughout the week according to the retail store’s hours. Schedule to be discussed with the supervisor.Work Environment & TravelThis job involves primarily working on site. Some travel to professional meetings and training are also required. Travel to additional stores in the area may be required. Employees must have reliable transportation.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role requires being on your feet for extended periods of time, moving throughout the store, greeting customers, answering questions, and engaging in active conversations.
