Duties Assist patients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. Support the implementation of care plans under the supervision of registered nurses. Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions accurately. Help organise and prepare equipment and supplies for patient care procedures. Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care. Document patient information clearly using IT systems in compliance with organisational policies. Respond promptly to patient needs and report any concerns or changes to senior staff. Skills Knowledge of basic nursing principles and practices. Ability to assist in the development and implementation of personalised care plans. Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with patients, families, and colleagues. Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and record keeping. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support patient wellbeing. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
