We are proud to have been a Best Place to Work in Insurance recipient for eight consecutive years.About the RoleECBM is seeking an Office Services Associate to Support daily office operations by providing receptionist coverage, maintaining electronic document management, maintaining office inventory and assisting with general office services tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity of the office.Major ResponsibilitiesReception & Office Services SupportProvide back-up receptionist coverage for lunches, breaks, vacations, and WFH schedules.Assist with MVR ordering, FedEx/UPS labels, and support the other Office Services Associate during absences.Electronic Document ManagementProcess incoming insurance documents from a shared mailbox and accurately upload them into an electronic document management system to ensure timely and organized recordkeepingInventory & Supply ManagementOrder, receive, and stock office and kitchen supplies.Maintain supply levels in all conference rooms and manage Instacart orders.Physical Records ProcessingCoordinate off-site file storage for archived documents.Box and send files, retrieve or destroy boxes as needed, and maintain related logs and access credentials.Process all incoming, outgoing, interoffice, overnight, and faxed mail.Handle pick-ups, deliveries, sorting, opening, date-stamping, and postage metering.Assist with scanning, copying, binding, and printing projectsRelationship ManagementMaintain positive working relationships with employees and vendors.Additional ProjectsComplete other tasks and projects assigned by management. QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Strong computer and communication skills.Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Professional and pleasant phone and in-person demeanor.Ability to safely lift and move office items as part of routine inventory handling
