World Choice Investments, parent company to Dolly Parton's Stampede, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, and other family-friendly brands, is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to support and strengthen our lifecycle marketing efforts across multiple brands and locations. This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing email marketing, SMS marketing, and marketing automation initiatives that drive engagement, increase conversion, and support revenue growth.You will build, manage, and enhance campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot, using segmentation, personalization, and performance insights to continuously improve results. You'll play a hands-on role in campaign strategy, email design, list management, A/B testing, and reporting, ensuring communications are timely, targeted, and aligned with each brand's voice and guest journey.This position requires both strong executional skills and a performance mindset. You will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to refine processes, expand automation capabilities, and elevate the effectiveness of our email and SMS programs across our growing portfolio of family-friendly entertainment brands.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing, SMS Marketing, & Marketing AutomationDevelop and execute email marketing and SMS campaigns for multiple consumer-focused brandsCreate compelling copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversionsDesign visually appealing email templates, incorporating distinct brand guidelines and best practicesCreate dynamic content and messaging based on visitor data and behaviorConduct A/B testing to optimize and improve performanceBuild and manage HubSpot marketing automation workflows, including triggered emails and customer journeysMonitor, audit, and troubleshoot workflows to ensure proper functionality and performanceCreate and optimize lead capture forms in HubSpot to support database growth, segmentation strategy, and automated lifecycle marketing initiativesCreate and manage lists within our database, including strategic segmentation, list hygiene, and growth strategiesSupport contact list imports and database updates for internal teams, ensuring data accuracy and complianceEnsure compliance with email marketing and SMS regulations and best practicesMonitor marketing reply inboxes and bounce notifications, escalate guest inquiries as appropriate, and update contact records to maintain database accuracy and deliverability healthMonitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROICreate and maintain reporting dashboards to communicate campaign performance and insightsCollaborate closely with our social media, digital advertising, and content teams for consistent messaging and campaign alignmentDevelop and maintain process documentationStay up to date with industry trendsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testingHands-on experience building and managing automated workflows within HubSpot or a similar platformExperience with Canva or similar graphic design toolsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented and highly organizedPreferredUnderstanding of seasonal guest behavior and planning cyclesExperience with HTML and CSSWhy You'll Love It HereJoin a supportive, high-performing, and collaborative digital marketing team that values creativity, performance, and continuous improvement across a growing portfolio of family-friendly brandsMarket unforgettable entertainment experiences that create lasting memories for millions of guests each year - and see your work directly impact real-world visitation and revenue.
